I work with adults and adolescents who present with a variety of concerns. These include (but are not limited to) the following:

I use a variety of therapeutic interventions based on your particular needs, interests, and circumstances. All of these therapies are evidence-based and grounded in mental health research. They include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT)
- Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Mindfulness-Acceptance Commitment Therapy (MAC)
- Client-Centered Therapy
- Humanistic-Existential Therapy
Depending on our mutually-derived goals for therapy, you may receive a blend of these methods. This is intended to allow your treatment to do more than just relieve your current symptoms or to manage an existing [and temporary] crisis. Rather, it will provide you the opportunity to craft a richer, more fulfilling life that is in line with your values, your intentions, and your aspirations.
